Llantrisant Pendragon Design And Build

Our project value £100,000

This project was a labour only contract and consistsed of 26 one and two bed apartments for RCT homes. This also has Cedral cladding on the exterior of which we are also fully accredited fitters. This was also a labour only contract.

Tredegar – Pendragon Design And Build

Our project value £60,000

This project was a labour only contract and consisted of 20 one bed apartments and two large 3 bed specially adapted bungalows for Melin housing. This project was a labour only project

Trethomas – Pendragon Design And Build

Our project value £100,000

This project was a labour only contract and consistsed of 25 apartments for the over 55’s for United Welsh Social Housing in the small village of Trethomas.

Brecon -Forest Holidays

Our project value £133,000

This project consisted of 42 luxury holiday cabins situated in the glorious Welsh valley. This was on a labour only contract and was completed on time and under budget

 

Sully -Synergy Project Management

Our project value £509,000

This project was a supply and fit contract for our client Synergy Project mangement. The scheme consisted of 26 houses and 27 apartments near the village of Sully, Vale of Glamorgan for Vale of Glamorgan

Wenvoe  -Pendragon Design and Build

Project value £224,000

This project was a labour only contract. The scheme was for a private care home consisting of 75 luxury bedrooms as well as a gym, cinema room and lesure areas
